James Davis

Owner / President

James has been the sole owner of JDT Trucking for over 23 years. What began with one truck in June 2000 now comprises 30 plus trucks, 10 owner-operators, an in-house brokerage, and a fully operational shop offering outside services. With 40 or more employees, James enjoys challenges and loves his job and workplace. James notes, "There's camaraderie amongst the staff and drivers; we all get along, which makes the job fun!"

James enjoys spending time with family, traveling, coaching soccer, and traveling. Central America, Mexico, and Hawaii are some of James's favorite destinations. His hobbies include working out, playing soccer, and enjoying family time at their multi-sport court at his house. James also coaches soccer for the Rogue Valley Timbers Soccer Club.

Angie Silvers

Freight Broker

Angie has over 30 years of freight brokerage experience. She has networked with many people who have helped her stay in the game for all these years. Some of her invaluable qualities include loyalty, attention to detail and ability to adapt. She has an interest in yoga, golf, hiking, gardening and watching football. However, she truly enjoys cooking and entertaining for family and friends.

Alvie Lawrence

Freight Broker

Alvie Lawrence has been in the trucking industry since 1970 when he first became an OTR driver. He went on to become a dispatcher and is now a broker now. He has been with us since 2020 and feels JDT Trucking is a family he should have joined a long time ago.

Gina DelGrande

Accounting

Gina joined the team in 2013 and has over 30 years of trucking experience. She enjoys camping, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Lexi Davis

Accounting

Lexi has been around the trucking industry for her whole life, from watching her grandpa and dad work on trucks in the shop to going on trucking trips and now working in the accounting department! She has been with JDT Trucking since 2021 and loves being a part of the JDT Trucking family.

Outside work, Lexi likes to hang out with her dog Spooky, go to the lake, play sand volleyball, and spend time with friends and family.

Brittany Smith

Dispatcher and Sales

Brittany has been in the trucking industry for 6 years and currently works as sales and dispatch. She has been with us since 2021. She is a mother to a daughter, two sons, and twin sons. In their free time they like being outside, riding bikes, and jumping on a trampoline. They also play softball and baseball. Being outside is great since there is so much to do in southern Oregon.

Tina VanHorn

Dispatcher and Sales

Tina VanHorn has been working in the trucking industry since 2005 and has been with JDT Trucking since April 2017 in dispatch and sales. She's been married for 22 years and has two wonderful children, who are 3 and 15 years old. She enjoys spending time watching football, basketball, and camping, along with traveling to new places with her family.

She loves connecting with customers and making sure their products are delivered safely and on time by the friendly faces of JDT Trucking.

Jake Smith

Detailer / Polisher

Jake has been polishing and detailing for about three years now and has been with JDT Trucking since 2022. Born and raised in Southern Oregon, he is quite the outdoorsman. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, hiking, working horses, and building pickups. He also looks forward to relaxing with his dog, Reaper, outside after work.

Stan Buschman

Mechanic

Stan has been a truck mechanic for over 30 years. He has been with JDT Trucking since 2020 and loves his job and what he does. He feels very blessed to be part of an amazing team and is very excited to see what the future holds!
